Hotels Near Rivamare Forniture Navali in Imperia

Travelled with Just You and stayed in room 401 from 10 to 17 June 2019. The room was a twin and it was quite dark however i was able to open the curtains and a sliding window to obtain light, and to see a view of the public triangle below. There was an easy-to-use safe in the room and the TV had a number of English channels, mainly for the news. There is no tea /coffee making facilities. There are no facilities for eating except for breakfast, when a room is opened on the 4th floor between 7.00 and 10.30am. I enjoyed my breakfast which consisted of a small number of items such as fruit juice, yoghurt, croissants, bread, cheese and eggs that were good quality. The staff member did not take tea or coffee orders as a matter of routine but served you if you asked. The reception staff are professional and friendly, and so helpful if you have a problem. The facilities in the hotel are limited therefore in my opinion this should be rated as a 3 star hotel. There is no garden or pool area, and the fitness room and rooftop terrace that are advertised are poor.

We have been visiting this hotel for the past 15 years and always receive a warm welcome from Luca and his family. Luca maintains the highest standards at his hotel and the property is kept spotless. Nothing is too much trouble for him. As well as the comfortable room with crisp white sheets there are modern bathrooms with fluffy towels and great rain shower. In your room there is a small fridge with drinks and snacks topped up each day. There is even a water fountain to provide you with cold still or sparkling water and he even provides the bottles for you to top up when required. The hotel provides beach towels and a beach bag and umbrellas if it happens to rain. There is a 24 hour reception and there is great secure parking for motorcycles as well as cars. The hotel is within easy walking distance to both the town and lovely sandy beach. If the weather isn’t great there is a small bar area in the hotel with a cosy comfortable lounge area with sofas. You always get a delicious breakfast with homemade cakes, focaccia and jams as well as a choice of omelette, scrambled eggs or fried egg made to order along with great coffee made for you. It is always a pleasure to stay and the hotel is under rated at 3 star as it is far better than many 4 star hotels in the area as well as being more comfortable and friendly. PERSONALE DISONESTO (LEGGI LA VICENDA QUI SOTTO) Avendo soggiornato qui alcune notti mentre stavo assumendo un farmaco importante, ho riposto il mio medicinale nel frigo-bar della mia stanza per mantenerlo alla corretta temperatura. Al rientro nella mia stanza dopo tutta la giornata il frigorifero è stato staccato e il mio farmaco era caldo e non più assumibile. Chiedo spiegazioni alla receptionist la quale mi dice che la donna delle pulizie per distrazione/errore potrebbe aver staccato il frigo-bar. Ovviamente sono molto arrabbiato, i miei farmaci costavano 400 euro e non si possono riordinare in breve tempo. L'hotel attiva la procedura di rimborso tramite l'assicurazione. Dopo 5 mesi l'assicurazione nega il risarcimento, sebbene sarebbe bastata una dichiarazione di colpa da parte dell'hotel per riavere i miei soldi; la richiedo quindi all'hotel e la direttrice mi risponde che i medicinali protrei anche averli danneggiati da solo apposta e che quindi se ne fregano!!! Grazie, gentilissimi!!! evitate questi posti sono tutto l'opposto di strutture che tengono al benessere dei propri clienti!!!
