At first we thought it is not that far from the city center. But, the experience we had with transportation was horrible,making the location not ideal. If you are with a car there is not much of an issue.

Abbiamo trascorso in villa Castiglione tre giorni meravigliosi. Posizione ottima per raggiungere Firenze, bellissima panorama, camera vista giardino, pulita e ottima per quattro persone, personale cordiale e disponibile in particolare Cesare che ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli e molto simpatico, ottimo cibo . Pensiamo di ritornare presto . Consigliato

Piacevole ed accogliente, sulle colline poco distante dal casello. Strada collinare per arrivarci, stretta in alcuni tratti. Buon parcheggio e discretamente illuminato. Camere arredate in modo particolare, bagni piastrellati con molto colore. Impianto di ricircolo aria dei bagni abbastanza comunicante con altri, quindi voci ed odore di fumo si sentono. La sera dalle scale sale un po odore di cucinato. N.B. ho pagato 1,5 eu di tassa di soggiorno anzichè 1 come riportato su *******

Posto incantevole con grande potenzialità ma gestione imbarazzante. Reception inesistente. Bar inesistente (neppure sostituito con un frigo bar per l'occorrenza) Colazione scarsissima con prodotti di livello bassissimo. Ho dovuto chiedere fosse pulito il tavolo sporco della colazione di chi mi aveva preceduto. Ristorante improvvisato e di livello scarsissimo. Camere grandi seppure arredate con dubbio gusto, bagno non finestrato. Pulizia accettabile se non fosse che dopo la prima notte non è stato pulito il lavandino tanto che la sera aveva le tracce di dentifricio della sera precedente. Considerato il prezzo c'è di meglio. Peccato.

Siamo stati a villa Castiglione per una cena in famiglia. La sala del ristorante molto anonima e trasandata, con televisione accesa e musica a volume alto. Servizio molto scadente; il personale di sala, una sola persona, non è stata minimamente professionale. Unico aspetto positivo è stata la bistecca, molto buona. Esternamente la struttura si presenta molto bene, con un panorama davvero eccezionale, peccato il notevole contrasto con l'interno ed il servizio.
