There were a lot of families with small children using the facility, which was reassuring for us as we were in the same position. Also, the desserts at the buffet had a wide variety and were delicious.

It was conveniently located near the ski resort. The room was spacious. The food was delicious and the hot spring was great with an open-air bath.

Although it felt a little old, it was well-maintained, the food was delicious, and the staff were very responsive, making it a very pleasant stay. The location is good, as there is a shuttle bus from the station, and the ride time is short, but for Shinkansen users, it can be a hassle to transfer to a local line. However, it was a place that made me want to overcome that and go again! The ski resort is aimed at beginners, so I think it's good for families who are just starting out.

I went with 4 housewives! It was beautiful and had good access from the highway, so I wanted to go there again. The freshly baked omelet that was cooked right in front of me for breakfast was delicious. The sunset I took in front of the hotel was beautiful!

The location is a little inconvenient for off-season use, but other than that there are no complaints.

I was satisfied with the beautiful interior and room. However, it was a reservation that did not include dinner, but when I asked if I wanted to use the restaurant because it was troublesome to go out to eat, I was told that I could not do anything other than a reservation, which was disappointing. That's why I gave the service 😊 4 stars. and

Because I will go to Goshiki-numa the next day, I made a reservation for this hotel. Although the room is furnished in an old-fashioned style, it does not have an old European style. The cleanliness is also quite good, and I can fully enjoy the large bath and open-air bath. The shuttle bus service makes moving very convenient, as long as you use the mail to make an appointment the day before.

The hotel is big and good. But it was hard to walk from the station with a suitcase. Dinner buffet is expensive and there is nowhere to eat nearby. Dinner at the buffet cost 6,500 yen per person.

The secret of Trip.com's cheapness is that it is located at the end of the lower floors of the building. I think it's better if you don't care so much about the view. I wrote in the comment section that I would like breakfast to be included, but it was useless. I really like the hotel itself.

Although it is far from the station, the scenery is indeed very good. I arrived too late in the evening and couldn't walk halfway through, so I contacted the staff to pick me up. Very friendly, it was still raining, thank you to the receptionist. The hotel's hot spring is very good and has two floors.

Stayed over Christmas. I was really looking forward to the event of launching fireworks, and when I saw it on the website, it looked really beautiful, and when I actually launched it, it was even more bleak than I thought... Only 5 shots? There was only...

When I went there, it was the top floor! ! The room had a great view of Mt. Bandai, and a panoramic view of Lake Inawashiro and Inawashiro Town! Inawashiro is my favorite place! I had a good time♪

中規中矩的飯店,餐點還不錯,收費也合理,只是飯店很大,找大廳入口找了一陣子...豬苗代湖挺漂亮的,合適做旅遊中繼站

I stayed here for 10 nights over Christmas whilst visiting my daughter who is working as a ski instructor at Inawashiro Global ski school. I was a little disappointed to find how far out of inawashiro the hotel was, but it runs a regular shuttle bus to/from Inawashiro train station and getting to town was straight forward (although it did stop running at 5pm). The twin bedroom I had was very spacious and well equipped. It was cleaned daily (if I managed to get out of bed in time to allow them in..!). You had to reserve a time to eat, both dinner and breakfast which unless you did so early may have made it difficult to get the time you wanted. The breakfast times were too early for my liking, but the restaurant started serving lunch at 11am, so many days I simply had a brunch intead. Lunch was Italian type food and for £20, you could have a gourmet 3 course meal - very good value and very nice. The spa/swimming pool was great and a lovely place to spend a couple of hours. It costs ¥1500 which is fine for a couple of hours and it was only ¥500 for a return visit. The buffet dinner was fantastic and it had something for everyone. Although it was very Japanese orientated (we were in Japan after all) I found it to be fantastic; even my daughter, who is very fussy found plenty to eat. The hotel shop, along with all the vending machines provided all the snacks and drinks you could want and all very reasonably priced. What I would have liked is a bar area to sit and relax in with my book. As I was on my own, not having somewhere to sit and mix with others was disappointing. Maybe it's not a Japanese thing to do.... English is not very widely spoken in this area and even amongst the hotel staff communication was tricky, however Google translate was our savior and with patience and perseverance we always manged to get sorted without too much problem. Regardless of the language barriers the staff couldn't have been more friendly, helpful or polite. I appeared to be the only western person, so perhaps English isn't required much, but if the hotel wants to appeal to, and to encourage tourists from the west, then perhaps this needs a little improvement. Although I was able to travel to the station in the mini bus (booking required, but always plenty space) and then I could get the free ski bus from the station to the inawashiro ski paradise slopes, it would have been useful and a big plus, if the hotel ran their buses to the slopes also. I'm led to believe from other reviews that they used to do this some years ago, but not any longer. Taxis are pricey, so make use of the hot shuttle if possible is definitely recommended. All in all, this is a nice place to stay, very comfortable with plenty good quality food and friendly helpful staff.
