空港に近いからこそ利用を決めたが、ホテルへのアクセスが説明不足すぎる。ホテルの無料シャトルバスもあるのに意味がない。他のバス乗り場のおじさんたちも、ホテルの名前を出しても知らないと言っていた。バス停も場所も時刻表もホームページに丁寧な説明があればもっと安心して予約できたはず。ホテルについてから時刻表もらっても遅すぎる。22時頃の最終バスは本当に時刻表どおりなのか？20時で終わりだったという口コミも見た。朝も時刻表の時間通りにバスは来なかった。
何が正確なのか信頼できなかった。3時間前までにチェックインしなければならないのに、不安でならなかった。とても良くないことだと思う。旅行客用のホテルなのに、日本語も話せないスタッフ。レストランは遅い時間までやっていても高額なビュッフェのみで、ラスト1時間あっても片付け始める始末で、利用しなければよかったと後悔しました。空港に近いのに、アクセスが不便だったので、再予約はしません。

酒店有到t1和t2的免費接駁車很方便，房間裝修不錯，前台服務很好，床墊也很舒服，一樓有一間便利店可以買一些速食，但是房間衞生不夠細緻，廁所門邊有上一個客人用剩下的棉簽
