Urbanstay Incheon ChinaTown

First the name is misleading. It is NOWHERE near Chinatown. If you want to walk to Chinatown it’s at least 1 hr. It’s also in the middle of 2 subway stations. One station is 20min walk and another station is 30min walk. The 20min walk station could have been 10 min but because you need to cross a highway, you need to walk a big circle to get to the crosswalks. It’s contactless checkin (no people in front table) and check in time is 4pm and if you want to check in early you need to pay 10,000won per hour. BUT they are super responsive if you text them even at 2am (you can type English and they respond in Korean). The shower water pressure is really small, the water was like drip coffee. Electricity automatically stop when there are no movements after an hour (there is a motion detector and a smoke detector the room) You cannot charge your phone when you sleep or leave the place.

Surrounded by tranquil stillness, the calming atmosphere offers a wonderful escape from the noisy world, making it ideal for resting.

It is a condominium not a hotel. The only good side about this is the washing machine with dryer but i wish there was a clothes hanger to dry some clothes that can't be used in the dryer. Location is relatively near chinatown and Incheon station (by taxi not by walking) and minimal restaurants nearby. The downside of staying here is that it doesn't get cleaned everyday unlike when you are staying in a hotel and there are no cleaning tools to clean the room - dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent provided. no vacuum, no sponge etc. so it is difficult to clean the room. Some furniture needs fixing - cabinet doesn't close, table is wobbly so coffee spills. Facilities like AC and fridge with freezer are in good condition and everything is digital and tech savvy. Trash will pile up the longer you stay and if you don't want it to pile up, you have to go all the way down to the basement to throw your trash.

Studio flat was clean and very nicely presented, amenities up to date and very modern One thing to highlight the company should provide a pan and dust pan to facilitate the cleaning while staying there. Also out more attention to detail cleaning and provide 2 pillows per person

Very clean Apartment. Self check-. About 25 mins from Airport with Taxi and about 14min to City. There is also a Convenient Store at the bottom of High Rise.

Self check-in but complicated. Cleaning not free. No front desk. Entrance to elevator with long password. Noisy when others walk near to your room because walkpath is ceramic not rug
