衞生，我指每天來客房搞衞生吧，前幾天都沒有補充礦泉水，最後一天把我放在床上的衣服丟在我的箱子裏？！
環境：為了展會也衹能住在這裏了，環境還行吧
服務：我們定了好多房間，一會兒説把我們的大床房全改成雙床了，一會兒把我們的訂單後台直接取消了，呵呵噠。
設施還可以吧。
ps：每天早餐換點花樣可好？

센트럴파크 전망이라 룸은 좋았어요
하지만, 아기랑 방문하는건 비추천드려요..
호텔 정책인지 모르겠지만, 아기동반 손님에게 좋은 조건은 아니예요.. 클럽라운지도 다른 호텔은 아기하고 출입가능한 해피아워임에도 여기는 아기동반 출입불가하구요(물론 리브닝칵테일은 안됩니다-이건 알코올이 있기 때문에 이해합니다.) 테이크아웃은 되지만 … 개선이 필요해요!!
아침 조식에는 파인이란 룸에 아기동반 손님을 몰아 놓더라구요. 아기소리가 좀 나면 문을 닫아 버리는 … 이게 5성급 서비스인지 의구심이 드네요…
하이체어는 발받힘 망가진거 그대로 세팅해주고.. (1층 스타벅스 하이체어가 훨씬 안전하고 좋습니다) 아기침대는 보호가드도 없는 철창이네요.. 결국 아기 이마에 멍들어서 바로 치웠어요… 그리고 가습기는 상태가 좋지 않더라구요.. 중간에 동작하지 않아 결국 못 썼어요…5성급이라면 해당급에 맞는 서비스개선이 필요할 것 같아요..
아 화장실에 비데 없어요ㅠㅠ참고하시길 바래요
현재 시설상태로 유지가 된다면 재방문은 안할 것 같아요…

This is a very nice hotel, although the location is a bit remote. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Slightly disappointing was that there is only one airport shuttle a day from the hotel to the airport and none (apparently) from the airport to the hotel.

Breakfast was overrated and really they need to pick the game. 70 AUD for cheap quality breakfast is waste of money. Come on Sheraton.
