Very clean, and the service was excellent. There's a convenience store right downstairs which is super handy. I'd definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel had a great location. There was a Homeplus supermarket right in front that was open until 10pm, and it was easy to find, about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The hotel was clean and quiet. There were no amenities provided, so I bought some from a vending machine. The buffet breakfast on the 12th floor had a limited selection, but everything was delicious. I would like to stay here again next time.

The room was clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied considering the reasonable price. However, one of the two rooms I booked was a bit of a disappointment, so there might be some variation in the quality of rooms.
Although my flight was delayed and I arrived quite late, they accepted me without any complaints.

There are supermarkets nearby, and it's less than a 5-minute walk from the nearest station, which even has a 100-yen shop, so it was very convenient. I had requested a taxi to the airport at the front desk the day before, but there was a problem when the taxi didn't show up on time.
