The shower faucet was not adjustable, so the water was too hot and I couldn't shower, so I gave up on my stay. I requested a refund.

Our family of three had a king-sized bed plus a single bed, which was more than enough space. The room had all the basic amenities. However, it felt like an old building converted into a hotel, and the shower facilities were quite basic. After a shower, water was everywhere, and the faucet was also a bit difficult to use. The room was a bit noisy as it was close to the train station. Also, there were no USB charging ports for phones by the bed, which was very inconvenient. For a one-night stay, it's acceptable.

Due to being close to the Siheung Outlet and Songdo Outlet, that's why I stayed at this hotel, but it was an absolutely terrible and disgusting experience. The so-called A/C system is control by the hotel and you can't adjust the temperature, it's really hot and stuffy (almost 30 degrees) so I couldn't get sleep during my stayed as summer time in Seoul right now. Also, all the dead flies stuck in the rooftop of the room, it was disgusting and unacceptable. it's one of the disgusting hotels in Seoul you never go back to.

Location is good, very near an mrt station, with lots of option for cafe and food. Having a 711 in the building is also very convenient. Generally the rooms are clean, although higher spots like the corner of ceiling and wall need dusting. Good value for money.

The hotel is walking distance to Soraepogu Station & Sorae Fish Market, & is surrounded by numerous restaurants, coffee shops, & convenience stores. Appreciated they have coin laundry & dryer machines in-house. Reception staff were helpful & cordial. Only 2 elevators available so expect long waiting time during check in & check out times. Bedsheets were not changed during my 5N stay. The carpet is very dirty. Do not walk barefoot. Not being able to control the room a/c unit yourself is a downside.

The hotel is a very short walk from the subway station. About 150m to 200m. However, the area is far from everything. However, many convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel. Check in was smooth. The room was quite clean except for the carpet which was very soiled. Only liquid soap and shampoo provided; no other toiletries. Two bottles of water, tea and coffee provided but no sugar or milk. We requested the room to be cleaned but all they did was empty the garbage, replace the towels and the coffee/tea. No replacement water and they don't make the bed. The star rating on Trip.com is 4 star but at the hotel the rating is stated as 5 star. Not even a proper 4 star in my view. Check out was again very smooth.
