It is best choice if you transfer at Incheon intl airport.. it only take 15min from airport and a lot of spot where can eat and drink

Overnight stay for early flight.
Taxi available 24/7 with less 10 mins waiting.
Less 20 minutes from airport.
Lots of convenience stores around and eateries.
