I'm writting a review so that no one would be harmed by individual hotels, so I hope it will be useful.
I had to wait 20 hours in Incheon because flight transfer. Of course l could have waited at the airport, but I wanted sleep on the bed. So I booked this hotel. When I got the hotel and tryed check in, I was received a terrible reception.
The old woman at the reception does not understand English at all, and does not have the slightest attitude to understand my intentions.
I used a translator and said in Korean, "I am booking a hotel here." And I showed the reservation screen, but this old woman still didn't try to check in, she just laughed while saying a lot of unintelligible Korean.
I tried various methods, but found check-in to be difficult. I wasted my time and energy and my fatigue was doubled. After that, I had no choice but to stay at another hotel. Can you believe this could happen?
At a later date, when I applied for cancellation, the response of this hotel was terrible. The person in charge of the hotel refused my request to cancel, saying, "We didn't have that kind of guest." What could be more rude and dishonest?
This hotel is more like a motel and doesn't seem to be designed for foreign guests. It didn't look clean and the service was not good, so it was the right decision not to stay. I hope other travelers don't have the same humiliating experience as I did.
