It is located right next to Songdo Central Park, and is located in the center with Starbucks and Lotte Mart one block next to it.
Overall, the facilities are very clean. Because I was on a business trip, I couldn't use any of the other facilities, but it was difficult to find any faults with the accommodation.
The underground parking lot was large and had plenty of space, so I parked comfortably and since I was staying overnight, parking was free.
The large window gives the room a pleasant feel, and the soundproofing seems to be good enough to provide a quiet feeling even though it is located in the city center.
Moreover, after this stay, I was planning to visit a nearby golf course.
The hotel is very close to the golf course (less than 5 minutes away) and the price is cheap, so it seemed to have both cost-effectiveness and quality compared to the S hotels I had previously visited.
If I visit Songdo next time, I will 100% plan to visit again.

Excellent location with beautiful garden, jogging track and boating on the lake just opposite the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within short walking distance. And not forgetting the hotel friendly staff and clean room as well as a full gym facilities and swimming which was closed due to spring season and still cold. Will be back.!
