I checked in very late, around midnight, and was never clearly informed that the 11:00 AM checkout was so strictly enforced. This morning, a woman from reception called me and was extremely rude and aggressive, demanding an extra 11,000 KRW. She showed zero hospitality or understanding of my late arrival. I felt so harassed and rushed that I was literally throwing my things into my bags and left with my suitcases not even fully zipped.
To make matters worse, the facilities like the gym close at 8:00 PM, which is useless for anyone arriving late. It is a shame because the location has potential, but the hostile treatment from the staff makes it a place I will never return to. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually treat guests with respect."

The room was a bit small, and it had escape equipment installed. The shower was great, and the toiletries were high quality. Downstairs, there's a park and the harbor. All the shops there sell fried seafood! There's no shuttle, so it's a 20-minute taxi ride.

Every time I visit South Korea, I always stay at this airport hotel on my last night. The older gentleman at the front desk in the evening is always very friendly. I'd read reviews saying the service here was bad and thought it was strange, until this checkout. There was a plump woman at the front desk with an incredibly rude attitude, constantly muttering 'aishibal' (a Korean expletive). Her tone and demeanor were just terrible. I stayed for a night and the receptionist was very kind. She assisted me with anything that I requested and she was even kind enough to help me find an ATM which was a struggle if you use Union Pay. The hotel is a 12 minutes drive from airport with no traffic and the area was cute and quiet
