Great experience in the presidential residence suite. My kids had a good night’s rest in preparation for our 13 hour flight. The only thing that we found negatively was there was an old slice of pizza left in the microwave. Other than that, we will definitely consider staying here again.

incredibly helpful staff that settled everything for my transport to Incheon airport after my layover. Room is spacious and decently clean.

The room floors and bedding was clean but there was a lot of dust and hair on the bathroom door. In the closet there was someone's underwear and the power wasn't fully on in the air but upon request both issue was resolved.

The location is good, just next to the station. However, it’s dusty in the room, which can be improved.

unbeatable location. Can't be better. Almost ... 'inside' the metro 🚇 station. Internet connection is quite fast too. No complaints whatsoever.

It is okay for a one-night stay. The only table in the room was small and low. Some areas were dusty. We were shocked by the staff. It was said that the check out time is 12 o'clock. It was 10 am when someone tried to open the door to our room. They had not knocked or rang before. Luckily it was locked. No apology followed. The suttle bus was strange, it took us 30 minutes. We were going to terminal 1 and there were only us on the bus. However, the bus driver took us to terminal 2 first. We thought maybe someone would get on, but no. We made a huge circle around the airoport. If we had known we would have taken the subway. It would be faster.

Fantastic stay at this hotel, really love the free shuttle service to and from Incheon airport. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. We even got free coffee vouchers with our booking. There are a lot of restaurants in the area and even the Lotte supermarket right across the street, convenient for buying any necessities. If we have a layover again here, happy to stay at Golden Tulip.

Very good choice for incheon airport transfers...arriving late or leaving early. At incheon terminal 1, bus/taxi gate C14, you can easily get their airport shuttle bus. Approx every 30mins. Around the hotel Many supermarkets and convenience stores (24hrs), to buy food. Hotel corridors have Microwave for public use (see pic)

When exit Unseo station, this building is on the left. the apartment was spacious but dusty

Room is clean and spacious. There is a washing machine in the room for laundry. However, room is near to the highway and it can be noisy if you open the window. Overall, value for money stay at this hotel if you arrive late in Seoul and would like to have an overnight stay near the airport.

Hotel is about 10 mins taxi ride to Incheon international airport . Good place if you have early morning flights departure or arriving late at night.

Everything was great while we were staying except aged bath towels.

enjoyed staying at this solid 4 star hotel, liked the service and ambiente. very convenient location, when on transit or short trip, just 10min from airport station Unseo is in a residential area with parks, shops and food, lots of it, Lotte shopping center is large.
