老舊設施，而且有蟲子。所以不要訂他的酒店。想換房間，沒人管。門鎖也是壞的。最主要不安全，不衞生。而且太吵了，根本睡不着。她們不接受退房。選擇要慎重，我認為不要選擇這個酒店。

Not impressed, I was expecting a better experience as there was not much offered here as well as unsure staff members of the services available and the restaurant closes it’s orders at 9pm so no late night food services. Room was fine and clean, location was ok for getting on a plane the next day but not the cleanest area.

The location was convenient as it was close to the airport and there was a free bus.
The building is a little old, but the rooms were clean and I was satisfied.

This was a one night stay between flights. The hotel staff were very helpful. The WiFi was good. Bed and shower were good. I didn’t use the restaurant. My only complaint was the lack of international electrical outlets. As a hotel at an international airport, there should be in room USB and international AC plugs. Loaner adapters were available at the desk but fit too loosely for consistent usage. The shuttle bus picks up at the airport hourly at 10 minutes after the hour outside door 14 across the first street and to the far right end.

Due to late arrival at Incheon Airport, I made a hasty reservation for one night. The only good thing is that it is a shuttle bus (large; bus, friendly driver) and the airport is 3 minutes(?) away! It's my first time using the same brand, but the belief that they will do the basics is broken. The staff's response to complaints about the room condition is good. However, it seems like it's a facility investment issue that the staff can't help but it seems to be almost fully booked due to the location and shuttle.. There seems to be no corporate spirit, even brands like other regions. I won't go. Furniture damage and contamination, especially when the wall-mounted smart air controller is turned on, the ceiling air conditioner opens and soot is scattered on the bed (which looks relatively clean). Only the toilet and sink are used. I get minimal sleep with clothes on the bed. Personally, I have used hotels so far (including Africa). Worst of all (in terms of facility management)
