Incheon Jung-gu Hotels

While I don't want to make unfair comparisons, the window view at Paradise (the other hotel) was significantly better! (As shown in the picture!) At Inspire, we had a rather late check-in at 10 PM and were given a second-floor room. The 'view' from our window was just a flat platform with nothing but a few lights illuminating the exterior wall. In the morning, I could barely catch a glimpse of the sea from one corner. I requested a room change, but was told the hotel was fully booked. After checking out the next day, we visited Splash Bay. As hotel guests, we received a 30% discount, and it cost around 450 for one adult and two children. However, Splash Bay itself was quite small and didn't offer much in terms of entertainment. It's completely incomparable to the water park in Macau. On the upside, the admission price was relatively low, and since we visited in late September, it wasn't crowded, which made it tolerable. Service: We were already quite tired from our late check-in, and the front desk staff who assisted us had a noticeable lack of genuine warmth, sporting what felt like a forced smile.

Recent Stay at Golden Tulip Hotel, Incheon (August 21-22, 2025) We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Incheon from August 21-22, 2025, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! Check-in Process: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted me warmly, making me feel welcome immediately. Only one can speak English. Then they charged me for another person who will stay in their hotel. Because we are 3 people. I just place 2 person. T’was an honest mistake but they are by the book, so i pay even though we will just sleep there. Coz we came there after our arrival in Seoul @ 1:30am Room Quality: My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the modern design, and inside our hotel apartment has washing machine and a huge refrigerator. Facilities: The hotel features excellent facilities, including a buffer breakfast. My boys enjoyed breakfast there, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. Location: The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. It’s perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, my experience at the Golden Tulip Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Incheon! I look forward to returning in the future.

I've always had good experiences staying here before, so it was my first choice when traveling with my child this time. However, the service this time was terrible! Two days prior, I contacted Trip.com's staff to inquire about amenities for a 2-year-old. I was told that due to limited availability, only a step stool for the sink could be provided, and that I should follow up with the hotel directly upon check-in. So, during check-in, I reiterated my request for a bed rail, an air purifier, and other child amenities. However, I never received a response, even by the time of check-out. What's even more outrageous is that the promised step stool for the sink was never delivered either. I simply cannot understand how a hotel that markets itself as family-friendly could fail to provide such basic services as a bed rail. The sterilizer, bed rail, and air purifier shown in the pictures were apparently provided to other rooms. Trip.com needs to communicate better with the hotel and ensure there's no differential treatment. If these services can be readily obtained when booking through other platforms, why is it not the case with Trip.com?

Staff was generally very friendly breakfast buffet was not as diverse as expected and lack information on food items makjng iy difficult for someone with allergies

We loved the place, just as depicted in the pictures. Great location and we would definitely recommend it. However, I would suggest adding some cutlery and crockery, since there’s a microwave, fridge, and stove available for use.

The room was dirty but they quickly changed it for me. Nobody helped me with my luggage when I arrived and left. There is convenience store in the lobby which is helpful. Harbor view room has a good view. Location very far from Seoul but close to shops, restaurants and China Town. Overall average

The room is nice and clean. It smells really good. There is a kitchen counter for cooking, pots, pans, oven, plates, bowls, glasses. There is also a washing machine for washing clothes. It is very convenient. There is a dining table that is separated from the bedroom. The bed is comfortable. The pillows and blankets are very clean.

The room was spacious and quiet. When I checked in and put on the disposable sheets, I found a lighter with Korean characters under the mattress. 😱... There was also an open package of unidentified food behind the curtain. 😓 The front desk service was excellent. 🥰 Downstairs is the shopping street. The airport pickup was impeccable. 👍👍👍 The drop-off service was late, and I almost missed it. ✈️ It was a close call, but it was fine. 👌🏻 Overall, it was a good stay!

The view is beautiful, right by the sea, and the room is clean. However, if you have an early flight, it’s a good idea to book a taxi in advance, as it’s very quiet in the morning. It’s very close to the airport, the travel time is no more than 20 minutes.

The room was well-equipped, newly renovated, and very clean. The owner's wife spoke excellent Mandarin and was incredibly warm and friendly. She even upgraded us to a sea-view room for free, where we saw a breathtaking sunset! Thank you so much ^ω^. We'll definitely stay here again next time, even if we're going to Seoul for shopping. It's so convenient to get around with the Airport Express anyway, and the value for money here is much better than in Seoul!
