Why am I giving it 2/5? Because 1/5 reviews are just for petty people. Yes this place is a decent hotel but chances are you're booking it for convenience purposes rather the magic and charm of the Seoul industrial suburbs. They say they offer a shuttle and so I booked it as I was getting fairly late to Incheon during my first time in Korea. So I landed in Incheon, went through customs and was ready to go to the hotel so I called the hotel to ask for their shuttle. It was 9:40 PM and they told me that they stop service at 10 PM. I was like, well good cause we're 20 minutes shy so get on that van and drive it like you stole it! But no they told me they could not longer pick me up and I just went back to the confirmation email and their trip advisor site to see if it mentioned it anywhere and it didn't! Other than that it was fine. Sheets were stiff but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was because of starch and not bodily fluids.

오랜만의 한국 방문이어서 숙소 결정에 고심했는데 인터넷으로 알아보다가 발견해서 지내게 됐습니다. 오기 전 미국에서부터 궁금한 것이 많아서 질문을 많이 드렸는데 하나 하나 성심성의껏 답변해주시고 먼저 챙겨주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 일단 인천 공항 근처에 위치해 있어서 가까웠고, 숙소에 도착하자마자 모든 것이 잘 갖춰져 있어서 놀랐는데, 환영 메세지와 커피까지 준비해주시고 냉장고에 마실 물까지 넣어주셨구요, 무엇보다 숙소 쓰시는 분들이 궁금해 할만할 모든 사항들을 일목요연하게 정리해서 테이블 위에 파일에 넣어 남겨두고 가셨는데, 식사 주문할 수 있는 연락처, 택시 전화번호, 세탁기 돌리는 법, 주의 사항 등 꼼꼼하게 적혀있어서 너무 편리했습니다. 가격에 비해 시설도 너무 만족스러웠구요. 욕조 없는 샤워 부스와 샴푸 린스 바디워시 비누 치약 칫솔 수건 등 모두 부족함 없이 갖춰져 있어서 혹시 몰라서 미리 준비해갔던 개인 용품들 거의 쓸 일이 없었습니다. 심지어 비데까지 설치 돼 있었구요. 세탁기 역시 사이즈는 크지 않았지만 혼자 지내기에 충분했습니다. 안에서 조리가 불가능한 단점이 있었지만 저는 주로 배달 주문 시켜 먹거나 간단히 데워 먹는 식으로 식사를 해결했기에 불편하지 않았습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 제가 묵었던 숙소의 전망이었는데 바닷가를 향하고 있어서 아침에 기상할 때마다 일출을 볼 수 있는 뜻밖의 행운까지 얻을 수 있었습니다. 물론 채광과 환기도 너무 잘 돼 있었구요, 바닥도 카펫이 아니라서 청소하기 편리했습니다. 침대, 베개, 이불도 잘 관리돼 있었어서 제가 준비해간 돌돌이(? Dust Remover)로 간단히 관리하면서 휴대용 페브리즈도 뿌리면서 쾌적하게 지냈습니다. 매트리스가 굉장히 마음에 들었는데, 딱딱하지도 너무 푹신하지도 않아서 딱 좋았습니다. 중앙난방이라 냉난방이 잘 되는 것이 장점이지만 저는 약간 건조한 것 같아 젖은 수건 옆에 두고 생활 했습니다. 그런데 사람마다 체감하는 온도는 개인차가 좀 있을것 같습니다. 1층에는 편의점과 식당들도 즐비해 있고, 또 주변에 배달 가능한 식당들이 충분히 있습니다. 숙소 소음이 전혀 없어서 소음에 민감한 제가 잘 때 숙면 취하고 또 낮에도 지내기에 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 제가 비지니스 출장이나 여행을 많이 다녀봤지만 호스트 분께서 이정도로 세심히 챙겨주시고 꼼꼼하게 관리해주셨던 곳은 처음이라 리뷰 남기게 됐습니다. 리뷰 귀찮아서 원래 잘 안남기는데, 이 곳은 다른 사람들에게 많이 알려졌으면, 또 호스트분 더 잘 되셨으면 하는 바람에서 작게나마 도움 되어그리고 싶어서 이렇게 글을 남겨봅니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 방문하겠습니다. :)

Staying at Art Paradiso truly felt like paradise. Our room was peaceful and cozy, complete with a spacious bathtub. To our delight, we were welcomed with champagne. Both breakfast and dinner were included in the rate, which added to the convenience. The dinner was a tasting menu that rivaled a Michelin-starred restaurant in quality. I was especially thrilled to find they served my favorite wine, Cloudy Bay, enhancing my overall experience. Olivia, the manager who assisted us, spoke flawless English. She meticulously guided us through all the Paradise City locations we were eager to explore. I sincerely hope to return. Also, I must mention that the massage I received at the Paradise City resort was exceptional, though I regret I've forgotten the name of the therapist.

Near the subway, the hotel is located near convenient stores and restaurants. Good service most of the time except for one receptionist. Golden Tulip Incheon Airport Hotel was a really pleasant stay. Right when you check in, they provide you with a voucher for a free coffee which was nice. The hotel is only steps away from Lotte Mart, a gigantic supermarket with produce and supplies. It is also steps away from a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes so you can easily walk to them. There are multiple entrances of the hotel so you can choose what entrance to enter from. The room is equipped with everything you need- cups, a kettle, fridge, bathrobes, and slippers. I would definitely stay here again!
