The front desk, housekeeping and Holly at the bar was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel! When you have front desk assistance which is awesome, bartender who is so attentive and great! What else do you need? Great experience! Give everyone a raise!

Not very clean. Employees are not very friendly. breakfast not many options no pool or hot tub if you advertise that you do you post it on the website that the pool and hot tub is down ask for more towels never received them.

For the two weeks I stayed, housekeeping was not attentive. Clean towels were left but no attempt to take garbage or dirty towels from room. Sheets were never changed even after I informed front desk to conditions.

Our room was not clean. The carpeting needs to be steam cleaned, there was mold and rust around the shower door and bathroom trim was dirty. One of the lamps didn't work, the TV channel line up did not correspond to the channels on the TV and the clock radio was set to the wrong time. We booked two queen beds but got double size beds. For what we paid, I expected better.

Very large and comfortable suite-style room with a dedicated workspace that was separate from the sleeping area. Felt like a home away from home. The front desk staff were super friendly and attentive. The free breakfast was excellent (especially the oa**eal!) and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. Would definitely stay here again.
