This has been, since they opened, my go-to hotel when visiting relatives in the area. Staff is always accommodating. Their power had been out for over 24 hrs when I arrived; they put me in a 1st floor room that had access, but not a walk-in shawer. But they were very helpful. Next morning they moved me to my designated room, which was PERFECT in every way; extremely clean, roll-in shower, very comfortable bed. And b'fast here is always worth stopping for. Staff always smiling and offering assistance. I will continue to utilize this hotel every time I'm in the area.

Walkable to Pine Knob, which was the purpose of staying there. Sports bar next door for pre- and post-show food, drink and game-watching. Drapes didn't close in the room. Could not turn off or adjust the temperature of the A/C. Breakfast was serviceable.

Booked this hotel because it had a pool well we found out on our own that the pool was out of order. The room had spider pockets all along the top of the walls and the spout in the bathroom tub was about to fall off the wall. Breakfast was ok but had to wait on items due to running out.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom. No towel racks for any towels. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed I got food poisoning from the eggs or sausage at breakfast The bed was comfortable

The pool was closed, none of the ice machines worked, the juice dispenser did not work at the breakfast area as well. The water that they offered in the lobby would not dispense. It was a clean, nice room but all of the amenities of the hotel were either broken our out of service.
