Customer service from all the staff , especially Jennifer was outstanding. Good food. Great clean rooms. My party consisted of 10 people ages 1 to 63 and we will come back!

First time I stayed at this location and found it to be located well. It was easy in- and out- while I was attending events in the area. There are plenty of restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner (both fast food and sit-down). Employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with variety so you didn't have to eat the same things every morning. I appreciated that it was smaller and quieter than some of the other IHG hotels I've visited. Bed was great and room was clean. What more can I say?

We have stayed here whenever we are in the KC area and have never had a bad experience. Everyone has been amazing especially Scott and Mariah. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast area is always well stocked with several options. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting KC area.

Great place to stay staff is extremely helpful, from the managers to the maintenance man everyone is always been helpful the many times I have stayed there it has always been a wonderful stay for my whole family the place is very clean atmosphere!

We were delighted with this hotel and plan to stay here next visit. The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Karen. Breakfast was superb, with many excellent choices, and requests were promptly attended to. The mattress was a bit saggy - my spouse weighs 50% more than I do - but that was my only complaint. Love this hotel!
