Stayed there this weekend so we could see a show at Cable Dahmer. Excellent hotel but not perfect. Room was clean - no complaints about the room other than the Microwave was giving a service needed error. Took running it 5 times to get a bag of popcorn popped. Not an issue for us because we were only staying one night. Pool and hot tub were out of commission. If we were staying longer than one night this would have been an issue. Staff were very courteous and helpful. They were not, however, aware of the hotels severe weather procedures and there were storms popping off everywhere during our stay. Would be good to make sure the staff are weather aware and can inform guests what the severe weather procedures are when they are asked. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great. Very nice room. ******* however was horrible. Reservation was for a different hotel but ******* couldn't get the info over to the hotel so we could check in. After a 30min phone call to somewhere in India they moved us down the street. I'm done with third party booking!

Its a nice place. The hotel was nice. Room was large. I had no issues with the hotel and area. But I wouldnt stay again. I paid for a king, got a queen. The gap around the door to the hall let in light all night. The bed was super hard. And the flush. Goodness, it sounded like it was about to launch every time we flushed. Guarantee it will never clog.

We booked a double queen suite at the Candlewood. When we arrived, they told us they had visitors who extended their stay so they no longer had a room for our group. They offered us a room with 1 queen and two cots, but for the same price with no discount. The cots were awful and we payed full price… even after speaking with the manager about this. She claimed that since we booked with *******, we weren’t able to be refunded or discounted.

Nice clean room. Bed comfortable. Kitchenette stocked with dishes, fridge, two burners and even a dishwasher. Quite.
