This motel has seen better years. The bedroom, kitchen and bath are more than out dated. The air conditioning was taped to the wall as it was falling out. The bathroom cabinet was rotting at the base, although the tub was new. Outside the short walk to the pool was filled with cigarette butts never picked up. The tables were stone and worn out from years of weathering. The only positive is the location and price. Seriously add a few extra dollars and move down the road some.

The place is lacking repairs and upgrades. But if you just want a clean room with a comfortable bed with great view and location this is your place. Friendly staff and good maid service. We got clean fluffy towels every day and an offer to clean and make the beds. The pool area is nice, but then again lacking maintenance. Great beach location less than 100 steps to the sand and the ocean with beach chair service right there. So in my opinion if you're not wanting a fancy place check it out. Word is they are going to be renovating it in the future, so there goes the price. We stayed for the view and location, it's awesome, room OK.

Let me fist start off by saying that the view is excellent but that is where the excellence stops. I don’t mind outdated but I expect cleanliness. The rooms and bathrooms are nasty. The shower head hurts and leaves marks on your body. We had to wipe down the all of the surfaces because there was a sticky film all over the room. The coffee pot was not cleaned from the people before us. The elevator is held together with duck tape. The floor in the elevator sinks. When you look at the pictures online they are NOTHING like what you really get. The owner does not care when you call down either. Do Not Stay Here!!!
