Excellent service, very clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic common areas, pool, restaurants.

Nice fun hotel for kids, the kids activities are the best!

The hotel is very nice and clean, and the rooms were recently remodeled. We enjoyed everything about our stay, in particular the service. The location of the hotel cannot be beat as it is just a few minutes from restaurants and conveniences.

Had an awesome stay. Highlight was the kids getting to hold and fly a hawk. They had so much fund and will remember it forever. Hotel was decent and Cava restaurant was better than expected. It would have been good if they had a waterslide but kids still loved the pool.

Perfect hotel for the Tennis Garden with a shuttle bus running every 30 mins.

I am a Bonvoy member, have been for about 10 years now. I was there for three nights, paying over $600 per night. This hotel is a dirty spider infested dump, and the staff are rude as hell, and liars. My first night I was bitten by a brown spider, four times. I lifted back the sheet when I awoke from the painful bites and found the spider right there in the sheets. I killed it and dumped it in the trash. I notified the front desk, they sent up a damage control guy, who fetched the dead spider out of the trash. They moved us from a suite to a crappy room, with ZERO COMPENSATION. Remember, I had already paid for a suite. They DO NOT CARE, DID NOT CARE. All they care about is fees and more money, when the product they provide is TRASH. Worst part, they wrote a report, gave me a claim number.....only to LIE THEIR ASSES OFF in what they documented. DO NOT waste your time and money on this dump. I will NEVER return to this property. I don't want spider bites, and I don't want to deal with liars.

The staff is incredible. Service made this stay above 5 stars!!
