I love the Bestwestern Hotel here in Indy on Girl school road. The workers are nice and friendly. The waffles are to die for in the mornings. I will be staying here Mon, Tues, Wed of each week every month until Feb 28 2023 for my gov. job.

Room 2618 was a beautiful room. A few comments: 1) The room door was slightly misaligned and did not shut. They did fix it very quickly. 2) The internet went out on Thursday for 6+ hours Overall, the experience was great. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was cleaned daily, which is different from many hotels currently.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was better than most HIE properties and it was nice to be greeted by management [Tina] at breakfast which added to the experience. I would certainly recommend this hotel for its welcoming attitude.

The price is good, the service is good, and the location address map is easy to find. The hall was very angry, breakfast was not eaten, and everyone did not know how to respond.

I was there by myself for a funeral next door. Check in was quick and easy. I was hoping for a peaceful night. When I got back, I noticed the pool was packed, way more than therr should have been. The entire lobby and hallway smelled of pot, even through my mask. The walls were very thin and I could hear entire conversations of the room next to me. They were a lot of people in that room, but not screaming. They were up until at least 1 am. People were eating the grab and go breakfast in the lobby. They were definitely short staffed since the front desk worker was trying to re-stock the breakfast food. I waited over 5 minutes just to check out and she wasn't wearing a mask. About 50% of the people in the hallways were wearing masks. Overall, I was not impressed. I will not be returning to this hotel.
