Hotel is clean receptionist is nice

The bathroom had a broken towel rack. There were clothes left behind from a prior guest that had not been removed. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The sheets had strange stains. The front desk asked me to come back to check-in even though I arrived after the check-in time.

The staff was really respectful and helpful when needed.

It was ok

Area did not feel safe for my wife and children. We left before our stay was over and just went to a better place even though we lost the $$ for those remaining nights. Heater had 1inch separation from the wall allowing bugs in. Refrigerator did not work. Derelict cars in the parking lot. It is mainly a place for long term tenants not a great place for travelers.

For what it was, it was clean, safe, comfortable, and convenient. It was a great cheap motel room for a few nights stay.

I was in two different rooms. First room toilet, didn’t flush it was backed up the bathroom faucet did not work. They turned the water off. The sheets were all stained up. Microwave didn’t have a turning table went down complain. They turned around and gave me another room oh, I forgot the first room had Q-tips sticking out of the wall three of them, then they moved me to the second room as I in the room window did not shut it was off frame so I complained about it and they moved me to another room. A lot better room. Everything worked in that room and they had a phone in this room but my old room they didn’t, but the phone in the second room didn’t even work, and on this site, they said that there is no elevator. There is an elevator there is no breakfast there is breakfast but it’s not very good breakfast so be very careful if you go to this place and there is **** smell everywhere and it came underneath the door into my room both rooms and a check your room before you check out. That way you know if you get your deposit back or not and they also said they don’t accept cash for deposit. Yes they do accept cash for deposit. This site needs to update it.

Upon entering the room we found the window wide open which made the room freezing. There were roaches crawling on the walls and the beds had no blankets. There was also no hot water the entire 2 night stay. On top of all that the hotel charged the wrong card and there was never anyone at the front desk when we would go down. Probably the worst hotel I've seen in a long time.

The room was dirty. Mold on the shower. Walls had dried liquid on the walls. At checkout the front attendant left me standing at the counter while he went to check my room and two others . Unbelievable actually

This hotel does a lot of things well.The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly.The room was spacious and quiet.Teh bathroom was big.The location was very convenient and in a great neighborhood.

I arrived. And had to change rooms 3 times. And the room I ended up with the window had a huge breeze from it. It was spots on the wall. Floors was not that clean. My key need to be rescanned bc it wouldn't work ( I keep it away from my phone and it still kept not working)

Check in was easy and simple, area around property was nice with many food options. Front desk staff were very welcoming. Will be back for my next trip.

It was dreadful,ROACHES found in my room my 2nd night there and no compensation, no washcloths only 1 large towel, no garbage can, floors dirty, no hot water in the shower, very run down hotel. I do not recommend this place at all. Side doors dont lock and then my bf left his wallet in the room and they already went in the room and tried to hide it in the bed sheets n mind you they didn't want to let him back in the room to look!!!!! I will add that the lady that checked me in was very nice but thats all that i will say!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR I WILL NEVER GO FOR THE CHEAPEST EVER AGAIN!!!

Security latch on door was broke. Coffee machine parts missing. No vending machines dirty. Just not a good place to stay. I WILL NOT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN!
