Terrible!!! I tried to cancel the booking because the appointment we had booked this for was rescheduled, they refused. When I showed up to check in I discovered they had oversold the hotel, so I was downsized into a smaller room. Also, at the last minute we decided to get tickets for the Football game since we were forced to use the booking and unable to cancel, ended up being late because it took so long for them to figure out what they were going to do with us since the hotel was booked and the parking lot was full.

Had to attend cheer competition at the Indy convention center. It was freezing but thankfully we never had to go outside. We went through the JW Marriot via elevator and skywalk to the center.

The staff was excellent. They were so polite and offered the best customer service. Andrea and Jasmine were amazing to everyone they spoke to at the desk. T was great when we first had to use park our car. The place was very clean and it was more than expected.

Very pleasant stay! Andrea was so awesome and super attentive. She made sure she would say good morning and start us off on the right foot. She definitely set my day up for happiness. Pleas acknowledge her at a meeting or something she deserves it.
