We arrived for the eclipse of the sun. We watched the eclipse on the patio of the hotel. We received a free aperitif, it was nice. Nice location. Delicious restaurant. Thank you for a pleasant vacation.

After a long day of meetings I was greeted with a fantastic smile from Melissa Griffith in the lounge. She offered me a glass of wine to unwind from a long day and was very pleasant to speak to after a long day. She was very professional and caring which is rare these days. Thanks Melissa for your professionalism and respect.

Mostly a very good stay here. Great view of lake behind hotel, great food/bar, attractive lobby/common areas, clean throughout, plenty of free parking, proximity to shops/restaurants. PROS - staff mostly attentive, (although a check-in agent was pretty clueless, but getting trained), clean and comfortable throughout hotel, beds/mattresses comfortable but a little stiff/hard, great shower pressure/water temp. CONS - had a junior suite, but you had to walk through the bedroom to get to the "living room area" (goofy set-up), ONE sliding door served as door between closet and bathroom (more goofiness), only 2 luggage carts, so at popular check-in/check-out times not available, some road noise (location directly next to I-465) at night

Meussa Griffith and Damian, the manager were very helpful and nice!! In Fl location. We had sone negative experience but this location exceeded my expectations.

The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were very clean. The restaurant food was a 10 and special thank you to front desk, professional, Melissa and concierge Teriz.. If you’re ever in Indianapolis, make your way to Marriott North in Indianapolis, a great place to stay plenty of shopping and restaurants around
