Great property, very clean, fun pool and the staff was great!

The rooms are very outdated. The elevators were our favorite part. Breakfast was fantastic.

The customer service is terrible as well as the rooms out dated and filthy. I had bites from something on my chest after my stay

I always stay at this property when I come in town but I noticed that in room 633 there is some damaged furniture like a leather chair that is peeling very bad and ladybug was on furniture.The food for breakfast is bad not good at all they are using cheaper products and it shows.......

The girls at the front desk were very polite and kinda. The room was very hot. Please try to relocate your smokeing from next to the door to a side bench or some other area. When you walked up you could get the smell.

Upon arrival we had a good check in. No thank you please or even a smile. I get it was busy but this is supposed to be hospitality. I had two rooms; room 1 was ok and pretty much set up as executive but in my past experiences and expectations of Hilton Embassy was let down. The chairs were ripped and in bad condition. Not a place I’d bring exec’s to discuss business. Pretty sad it’s slipped like this. Room 2 smelled like smoke in which we reported via text; phones don’t work most likely for a reason . They don’t want calls. We told them we’d stick it out. But the next morning my wife had headaches and we asked to be cleaned. They asked if we’d be gone and we said yes please go ahead and also provide new sheets and towels. We returned and and had 2 towels. PAUL TO THE RESCUE!!! When we returned I went to the desk and Paul was able to take care of us. Defined Management material with his kindness and courtesy. And with a smile. My opinion he should be running the place with his demeanor. He was actually the only one to follow up. Great person!!! Again I am said to see this Brand go on the side like this. I’ve been staying for decades and to see this was shocking. Get your staff including the breakfast team to FORCE a smile. It shows that you care. My wife also took a. Washcloth to the wall; you’ll be surprised to the color. Guys/Gals- Get it together perhaps Paris may want to stop and stay some day. Your loyal Customer . Dr. King

In Indianapolis for business. I love staying at this Embassy. The Staff is great. Breakfast and evening reception are exceptional. Shout out to Ms. Sandra at breakfast…she is a joy and the front desk staff. Close to many good food options. My only negative is the rooms need updated.

Very busy but pleasant environment. Friendly staff. TV in sitting room worked, TV in bedroom did not.

Rooms were large and comfortable. The property was well worn and staff were not attentive to messes made by guests...as an example there was something dropped in the elevator on Sunday evening and it was still there Monday morning about 10:00am.
