I can't find the entrance to the hotel at all, the front desk doesn't answer the phone, and the staff has a very bad attitude. The room smelled bad. I went out to eat in the morning, but the lock couldn't be opened when I came back, causing me to be half an hour late for the meeting.

Great location! Hygiene is very good! The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, the parking is convenient, and the front desk is very polite.

I stopped by the front desk to get a copy of my incidentals bill, to review charges I put on my room, from the restaurant and mini convenience store. The guy at the front desk Shahrukh started shouting at me that the room was paid through a third party so they did not have the hotel room charge in a tone like he was ready to argue with me about something I never asked for. I know the reason why the hotel did not have access to my hotel room charge paid through a third party since I worked as a Front Desk clerk and Night Auditor before. I only asked for my incidentals bill containing the restaurant food items and snacks I charged to my room, but I had to listen to his rant about the hotel stay charge, that I never asked for. A simple request was turning into something confrontational. For my last stay at the hotel Briana was able to get my incidental bill in less than a minute but this time it took way longer because of Shahrukh's ranting about something that once again I did not ask for. I guess if he's having a bad day all the guest he encounters will have one too. When I got back to my room I realized he checked me out 2 hours early without even asking me if I was ready to check out.

There aren’t good signs telling you where to park. Once you park, there aren’t enough signs telling you where to go to get to the Embassy hotel. The construction is everywhere and an employee made a comment that I needed to go in another door because I was letting cold air in. The front desk staff was unfriendly. I paid a lot of money for one night and breakfast didn’t even begin until an hour after I had to leave. So $240 to sleep. $45 to park. People do have to be places early on the weekends too and need breakfast. Never again!!!

We stayed here for an overnight trip with our nephews. Everything was great. The staff was all incredibly nice - from the front desk, to the breakfast crew, to the cleaners we passed by. The breakfast was definitely above average from other ‘included in room rate’ buffets (especially the omelette station). The room was very comfortable with a sliding partition from the living/sofa bed area. The pool was a hit (albeit a bit crowded from spring break).
