Nice and clean place. Be careful with the parking fee. They have a small parking lot, but if it's full they will give you a pass for the "overflow parking" which is a parking ramp next to the hotel and try to charge you $25 for a night.

Over priced but just ok

The hotel is located in the city center, convenient for travel, very close to monuments, Congress and other places. The Lucas oil stadium is next door. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts. It feels like the breakfasts of all holiday inns are the same.

Overall, the location and cleanliness are good. Good value for money and comfortable stay. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. satisfy!

Spacious room, good breakfast

Couple of things that didn't go well with my stay. Firstly, I had requested for the quieter and higher floor room and I was provided exactly opposite. Bang opposite to the pool and on the ground floor. The room was extremely noisy till 10pm while kids and families are enjoying in the pool. To make it worse, the other end of the room was road facing and I could hear every car. Secondly I was provided an accessible room and so everything in the room was designed for the people with accessible needs. For me, everything was too low like the grab handles, the toilet seat, the shower etc. Way too inconvenient. Had requested for early check-in and I understand that while it was not guaranteed, but atleast some efforts could have made. I was given room 10 minutes before 3PM while I see that people with late checkout requests were approved. So when you allow people to checkout "late" you are bound to not let people with "early check-in". Why to disbalance ? Other than above, the property is nicely located and close to convention center. Good breakfast spread and had basic amenities in the room.

I like the friendliness of the staff; the availability of coffee, chocolate and tea all day long, and of course the breakfasts!

We have stayed here multiple times for the Indiana State Robotics Competition. Every time we have enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast offers very limited choices. And to be frankly, not tasty at all. I would say pretty awful.

Right across Lucas Stadium and within walking distance to all the dining and shopping centers in downtown Indianapolis.

The beds were very uncomfortable. My sister and her boyfriend slept in one bed and complained about their back hurting after night 1 I also had issues with my back after night 1 The mattresses definitely need to be replaced

The only negative was the amount of road noise that started very early. I could not sleep after 5:30 am.

In close proximity to the college and attractions. Pool and fitness facility need maintenance.
