Every morning at 4:45AM, the trash truck was right outside our window. Very loud! Most of the staff were friendly. A few were not! Customer Service goes a long way!

Everything was great except for 1 issue. My husband was so frustrated he wanted me to only leave one star but he agreed that otherwise we had no complaints. He hated that when hed use the restroom, the seat would not stay up on its own.. hed have to hold it in place while using... lol.
Would stay here again ..just in a different room hopefully ;)

My stay here was wonderful! The location was very easy to find and we felt 100% completely safe. The staff was friendly, my room was clean. The drinks and breakfast from the bistro were amazing. Prices were reasonable. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel does not have a hot tub or free breakfast. Was pretty irritated that it was advertised that way on TripAdvisor because those amenities were my deciding factor on where to stay. The location was also a little sketchy. But other than that, no problems. Room was clean.
