Great hotel. Clean, updated, great service. The young man in valet was awesome, his name was either Seth or Sam I believe. My room was perfect and the bed was very comfy. The employees who checked me in and out were very kind and gave great advice on where to eat.

hotel was clean, people were friendly, and front desk was very helpful. the only negativity was it is RIDICULOUS to have to pay $40/night for valet parking!! the room cost enough to have paid for the parking garage over and over again.

I was in town for the funeral of a family member. I had the absolute worst day traveling to Indy but when I walked in Ms Kanay and I believe her name is Jasmine (she was still in training that day so her badge said trainee) completely turned my day around! They were both so kind, sweet and accommodating…they made me feel as if I was dealing with family and NOT conducting business! The two young ladies gave me TOP TIER service with a smile and even offered me a hug! Oh yeah and my room was BEAUTIFUL! If you’re going to be in the area don’t hesitate to book here! You won’t be disappointed!

Breanna was pleasant at cafe but the older Man at the desk could’ve been a little more friendly. Loved the workout area! Rooms were clean and everything was easy flowing with check in. I would definitely stay here again whenever in Indianapolis.

Worst Marriott we've stayed in. Room was NOT ready, bathroom was filthy, no towels, mud tracks in the shower, yuk. Pool picture is totally misleading, it's half the size in real life, and smells like bleach. The hotel was not busy, so maybe they sent the staff home instead of cleaning the rooms. We're Bonvoy Elite members and usually get an upgrade, didn't happen, altough there was only one attendant at the front desk and she seemd pretty harried.

Sydney at registration was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, informative, accommodating and kind. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy and enclosed walkways to the circle mall, arts garden, and convention center.

All of the front desk staff were very helpful. Sydney was great with helping us coordinate our checkout time around our conference time. There is a nice state park with a walking path across the street from the hotel that leads to several museums and the zoo.

I stay at the Marriott whenever possible. I am disappointed with this particular stay. No coffee in lobby. I wanted to have a drink after checking in. Had to wait 15 minutes for the bartender. They advertised a special drink for the event. But they were sold out of the main ingredient. The 2nd day, I went to the bar. After ordering one beer, I couldn’t get the attention of the server. She was busy talking to her colleague. Very disappointed. Clean room.
