We stayed in early April. Great location by the convention center. Staff does a good job. Easy walking to local restaurants in the area to the east. The elevators take quite a while to come to you when button pressed. Parking is quite expensive.

We were here for six days. And the whole time we had no hot water. Because the calendar said it was spring. So therefore, the hotel cuts off one of the boilers they go from two to one. They had a cold snap while we were here. The highs were 59° the whole time we were here. Lowe’s in the upper 30s. So with one boiler down, no hot water and hardly any heat. It’s sad because the staff here are extremely nice.

I love how beautiful the lobby was and the option to dine in or eat out. I also liked the option to use the elevator or escalator. The stuff was very nice and helpful.

Valet service Jacob and Jack were outstanding. Very pleasant and ran to get my car. I rarely have cash any longer and they were both extremely understanding that I could not tip. They deserve a tip and a great review!

There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room and someone else’s clothes were still hanging in the closet. The front desk service was exceptional, especially from Andrew. He went above and beyond to help with a billing problem. I cannot say enough good things about his service and professionalism.

The elevators were awful. It took an hour and a half Almost Each night To get Down from room or up from room. I was on 15th floor and have a bad knee so stairs weren’t an option. We were also there for a dance competition and on the floor where the classes were there was no close bathroom for little kids to access so many didn’t make it in time. Also the trash cans were far apart So to throw away trash you had to walk far to try to find somewhere to get Rid of it. I brought 89 families that stayed in rooms and all had same complaints.

We booked the room 7 months in advance and were supposed to have 2 queen beds in our room which would accommodate my family of 5 (including a toddler). When I arrived, I was told they had no more queen rooms and gave me a king and a twin roll away bed.

Great location if you are visiting the Convention Center. The hotel was very busy during our visit. The room was nice. Elevators are a bit slow, we opted for the stairs a few times. Lobby has several choices for food and beverages. This location has a special VIP club but we did not have a chance to visit it.
