What impresses me the most is the rumbling sound of the air conditioner in the room. I have to be tired from business trips. If I have a nervous breakdown, I won’t be able to stay for a second.

Don’t let the fresh front and new picture deceive you. The new lobby area is nice but when we checked in we couldn’t find staff to help us for 15 mins. I’ll admit we checked in late but at 9 pm it still shouldn't be hard to find a front desk clerk. The biggest complaint about this hotel is it is dated. Like 1990’s dated. I don’t think it's worth the Marriott brand name anymore. The bathrooms are very very small and the toilet is in the way of anything you do. The shower head and pressure both need to be replaced. The shower tubs themselves don’t look clean and have some greyish grime on them. One of the elevators has room for one person only. This could be my fault but I thought breakfast was included so I made my plate only to be told it was $25.00 after the fact. Overall not a horrible place but not what the pictures would have you believe and I think the lowest quality Marriott I’ve stayed at.

Jeff B was awesome; courteous, professional. I had not stayed at this location in over two years, but I remember him from my previous stay and his service was as professional this time as the last. Check-in and check-out were flawless. I don't know the young lady's name that checked me out, but she was awesome as well. Will definitely stay here again.

We arrived for a birthday party. This place is huge!! It was very comfortable and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed watching the football game and basketball game at the same time with the 3 televisions at the bar. I would have enjoyed a little more foot choices at the bar.

Highly recommend this hotel! Very clean!!! From the time we walked in until we left. Jeff B took care of us! He was exceptional! All the employees spoke to us as we walked through the halls. The bartender was very nice and the food was absolutely delicious. Great hotel for a banquet or a weekend away,

Immediately when checking in Jeff B. made me feel welcome and acknowledged my platinum elite status! He was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. I wish there was someone like him at every Marriott. Hotel is very clean and comfortable.

I stay here when ever I visit Indy Its close to downtown always very very clean and if you have any questions or concerns they are on it immediately! I love the customer service at this location!
