The location was great for us. The area was a little worn down. The breakfast was average and sausage was not real sausage. The front desk was attentive and friendly.

The cleanliness, room design and staff friendliness are the top features.
I liked the hard floors throughout and the room design.
The things that could be improved on:
There was a good 2 inches under the door that brought in a lot of hallway noise.
There was no bolt on the inside that you flip to ensure no one can get in even if they have a keycard. This made me nervous as a woman traveling alone.
The last day, there was no hot water. I'm not a fan of cold showers.
The walls were thin and the guy in the next room talking on his phone kept me up into the wee hours.
The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The property was good. The shower was beautiful but you either have to have scalding hot water or cold water could not get it to warm.

Nice modern property. Free shuttle to/from airport. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Free breakfast was on point. Great job Holiday Inn Express!

The property is well maintained the pool is nice just a side note don't look at the picture of the pool because you'll think there's a hot tub there is no hot tub the breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from

The phone and soap dispenser were broken. Road noise and neighbor noise made it difficult to sleep. Could not get room to heat up.
