Check-in was fast and easy. The facility is very elegant and smells wonderful! The on site restaurant service as well as the food was great!
All employees who I encountered with during my stay were courteous, friendly and welcoming.

On the surface things were good. The Jr queen Suite was very comfortable and had that initial "wow" feeling. However several service failures - 1. stained sheets in the pullout 2. No body wash in the dispenser 3. Toilet paper, bar soap paper cups were not replaced during housekeeping. 4. Big yellow water stain in tub made for unpleasant showering (also no body wash as mentioned above didnt help) 5. Table lamp in office of suite not working. 6. Came to 120 west bar restaurant at approx 11:30 on Wednesday. It was mostly empty and Server seemed annoyed that we came. As we were waiting to be seated he went into the kitchen and left us there for a few minutes. He came with with his mouth full, food spitting out as he seated us. 7. Bad lighting in the room and dated rooms

The room was comfortable. The shower gel dispenser was empty. We requested it be filled. It wasn’t filled during our stay. The sink drain needed cleaned out. It was very slow draining. We notified them so they could clean after our stay. Other than those 2 things, we had a very nice stay and would stay again.

This was the second stay in a suite at the same property. The hotel front desk staff, Jesse, was very friendly as was the engineer. Our key did not work and the heat would not stop blowing hot air but the property was in walking distance of delicious Thai and Sushi.
