I really enjoyed my stay! The staff were friendly, the service was impeccable, and the amenities were wonderful! Location is also ideal. Would highly recommend.

after an amazing experience in December staying in a corner suite I had my daughter for a daddy daughter Easter weekend and I decided to book the same corner suite to really treat her. We stayed from Friday, April 18 checked out Sunday midday April 20 when I arrived, I asked concierge if I could give them the bag of stuff from the Easter bunny. I simply asked if they could put it in the room not only did they put it in the room, but they had arranged everything in a very nice way that made my job. Is the Easter bunny very easy Sunday morning. shout out to Justin, Jesse Ishmael, Omar, Samuel Ingrid in housekeeping among several others you all make me feel like the most important person in the world. Every time I stay there when I know for a fact this time there were many more VIP guests than myself. I was a little hesitant that the pool may be a little boring for my seven-year-old daughter however we essentially could not leave. The happy Easter card under the door with the breakfast vouchers was an unbelievable surprise. I only wish I could bring an unlimited stack of cash to tip the team every time I stay at the Conrad because I never seem to bring enough. They deserve everything they get and more. Thank you all for providing me and my daughter with an unforgettable weekend and we will be back soon sooner rather than later!!! I cannot recommend taking To a corner suite anymore stayed in 1401 in December and 15 oh1 this past weekend just amazing amazing view of the city and an amazing room.

I struggled with this review and ulitmately decided on 4 stars instead of 5. The big issue is that for the pricepoint, the rooms are very outdated. Not even one USB port by the beds. Pros: - great, central location - wonderful staff - in particular the valet team - immaculate - everything is cleaned and well-maintained - large rooms with a large desk area and couch - separate walk-in shower (you don't need to climb into a tub to take a shower) plus a separate soaking tub - huge towels (and enough of them in the room) - comfortable bed and linens - free water bottles in the lobby available for guests Cons: - dated decor and design everywhere - as mentioned, no USB ports bedside - small television (yes I know that I am not here to watch TV but it's tough to sit on the in-room couch and see the small TV in the opposite corner of the room) - I would expect a nice, clubby bar open until midnight or so but they are directly attached to the Capital Grill bar that closes at 9PM weekdays, 10PM on weekends. - Pricey valet parking at $79/night

Our experience had amazing service and beautiful accommodation. We loved the spa that came with a complimentary steam room and sauna!

The Conrad Indianapolis Hotel is another experience all of its own. The Front Desk Associates are always going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable as well as make your stay a wonderful experience. The in room dining is probably the best in room dining breakfast o have ever had. Every single department from Bryan, Priyaank, Tia, and Carson at the front desk, to Kristin with In Room Dining, to even the Engineering employee who remembered my name from my last visit are all amazing. The Spa at the Conrad is amazing and the amenities are more than any other hotel. The Capitol Grille has amazing choices for whatever you desire for beverages and dining. You will not be disappointed when staying at the Conrad in Indianapolis. It is be far one of my favorite hotels to stay at and I always look forward to my next stay there.

I made a really dumb mistake when I made our reservations here that could have been very costly. They discovered the error and fixed it for me without my even having to ask for a resolution. Top notch service. Shout out to Mary Beth for her customer service. Also, rooms are very comfortable and clean. Room service is tasty. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

I recently stayed at the Conrad Indianapolis and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Check-In & Service: Check-in was seamless, and the staff throughout my stay were consistently attentive and professional. Housekeeping responded promptly to my requests, even when I needed service a bit later in the day. Every interaction with the team—from the front desk to the valet—was warm and welcoming. Room & Amenities: The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with a spring mattress and plush topper that provided excellent rest. The bathroom was modern and well-stocked, with soft towels and fragrant bath products. I especially enjoyed the Nespresso coffee maker, which felt like a thoughtful luxury touch. Hotel Facilities: The fitness center on the sixth floor is top-notch, stocked with bottled water and high-quality equipment. The hotel also features The Capital Grille, which I found to be outstanding. Both the food and service there were among the highlights of my trip. Details & Considerations: The only drawback for me was the office chair in the room, which did not adjust high enough for comfortable working at the desk. Valet parking, while efficient, is quite expensive at $75–80 per night and requires about fifteen minutes’ notice to retrieve your car. Overall Impression: The Conrad Indianapolis balances modern comfort with attentive service. It may not be the most cutting-edge in design, but it feels fresh, clean, and elegant. Between the superb staff, comfortable accommodations, and excellent on-site dining, I would gladly return. Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars
