Shaun was very helpful in parking my care. He ensured I had all my belongings and that I could retrieve my car at any time. This was the beginning of my trip and starting with Shaun helped me know this was the right choice. The Conrad is absolutely a beautiful place. Upon entry, you are engulfed in the most pleasant scent. Looking forward to experiencing the rest of this historic place. JM

Parking was easy and hassle free. Shaun retrieved our car this morning. He was friendly and efficient, There were several people waiting when we arrived, but he made time to greet us and let us know he would help us shortly. The line went down quickly and we had our car within minutes. We'd definitely use this service again.

I have been excited for this trip for a while. I was greeted by Shaun the valet and he assisted me with a smile and helped me with my luggage and opened the door so I could check in the hotel. He provided me with things to visit while I was here. I told him I was going to the spa and he told me it was fabulous so I am excited to go. Shaun is awesome.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff are congenial, helpful, and outgoing. They went out of their way to make everything easy for us. Beautiful view from our room of the Artsgarden. Valet was quick and convenient. The only con would be not being able to go from the parking garage to the hotel. We had to leave the parking garage and go to the entrance to check in.

This hotel needs an upgrade desperately! Pillows are a joke- of course ALL Hilton properties have the same flat ‘pillows’ Bathrooms are dark, walls are yellow and the thermostat in the room doesn’t work (or hotel controls temperature at night) also in the lobby they pipe in a fragrance that is nauseating.

It was fantastic. My wife and I rarely get away from the children by ourselves, so when we do we want to be pampered. We were definitely made to feel like royalty here…. Fabulous. Thank you for the hospitality.
