Staff was great. The hotel was decent, but not clean enough. Has a bad smell walking towards the rooms. The floors were sticky, rooms were dark, bathroom vent was filthy, bathtub seemed like it had mold on edges and the curtains were stains. For bedding I did not use as I took my sheets can never trust.

There wasn't a door on the shower so the whole bathroom floor got covered with water every time someone showered. But, there wasn't room cleaning daily so the mess never dried or was cleaned up, not to mention the wet towels were never taken out and fresh ones put back.
The bed and the pillows were also horrible. My back is killing me from 2 nights on that bed.

Don’t go unless you’re deaf, or the heaviest sleeper EVER! I asked for a quiet room and was placed right by the highway where i was serenaded by the sounds of cars and motorcycles revving their engines and peeling off from the stoplight right outside my window. I got about one hour of sleep. When i complained at the from desk they said i “should’ve changed rooms” i said “in the middle of the night?” At that time i asked why i was placed there when i specifically asked to be placed somewhere quiet when i checked in. And how would they have found a quieter place at 3 AM than they could’ve found at my 11pm check in. All that noise does distract from the uncleanliness of the room because you’re too tired from lack of sleep the next day to notice.

We walked into our room and it was pure filth. Toothpaste spit still on sink and mirror, used shower cap in shower with shampoo smeared on the shower wall, hair in bed, floors/handles/doors dirty.

My only minor hiccup was the remote controller didn't work. They fixed that problem for me. The service was excellent, the room was neat and clean, and it was very easy to park. I'd definitely go back.

Staff at front desk was very personable, appoligizing for delay in checking in because a new system. He was friendly and patient. Also having to deal with a drunk patron in the lobby.
