great staff and an amazing atmosphere

Our room was absolutely amazing with full cooking amenities. Good for someone who doesn't want takeout all the time. Check-in was easy. You do have to pay for parking though.

This hotel meets expectations. It’s clean, and the room has slightly more space than a standard hotel room. The small kitchenette is convenient. Overall, it is beyond time for a room refresh. TV is out of date, and not user friendly. In room appointments are well past their prime.

Our non smoking room smelled horribly like smoke and because the hotel was booked they could do nothing. With allergies, it was a horrible environment for a family to be stuck in and they did not offer to change our room or any accommodation when we let them know how bad the smoke smell was.

Our room was very clean. The breakfast was very good and had different options. The parking you do have to pay to park. I saw online it was 10 then I checked in and it was 25.

The rooms were nice. A little wear and tear such as torn curtains and the sofa bed was really uncomfortable- luckily my 2 year old was the only person on it. The breakfast was good. My kids loved the pool, it was warm and the hot tub was hot. They also liked the lights in the pool. Parking lot was not huge by any means and had a spot left or no spots available when we went to the car a few times. It's on a one way street so not terrible to get too and close to downtown.

This is our second time staying at this hotel for our trip to Indy. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. We love having the extra room suite space. I will say the elevators were super slow this time around but I do think there was a large family staying for a wedding so more understandable. Breakfast was not as good this time either, but still not bad. Main reason we like this place, but assume maybe they just couldn’t keep up with larger volume of people or something. Parking lot in back was full right at check in time too. Safe and more affordable option located right next to Lucas Oil Stadium also. Would still recommend staying here and probably will again next trip assuming prices stay competitive.

Everything was outstanding! Easy check-in, safe, clean rooms. The pool area was clean and our children enjoyed it. The happy hour was a nice touch for a mom and grandma who had been traveling with young children all day. The breakfast in the morning was great lots of options and kid friendly. We will definitely be back.
