Amazing hotel, possibly one of the nicest ones i’ve stayed in for the price. We weren’t here long but it was a clean and quiet. The only complaint i have is the TV’s are extremely old.

The photos on ******* did NOT, in any way, represent the actual rooms. The rooms are severely outdated. There were no toiletries in the bathroom and the first room we were given had a broken toilet. The only nice things were the updated lobby and Starbucks in the hotel. I will not be staying there again.

the place was a bit small and busy. elevators didn't work right and the staff were a bit annoyed at something.

Staff was not extremely helpful in addressing/resolving multiple issues both during and after stay. Had issues with HVAC, a foul odor in the water coming from the shower and bathroom sink, and staff "claimed" to not be able to find a fairly unique item (Compared to other similar items in the room, which I had photos of). Definitely would not pick here as a place to stay if given the option again.

I stayed at the hotel and parked my car in the hotel parking lot. When I came out the next day, I found that the car had been stolen. However, nothing was taken from the hotel. This is the worst service

The pictures of the hotel look a lot nicer than the facility. In reality it’s very rundown. I needs a lot of maintenance. The hotel had everything I needed for the night but once again I know I can get for the same price a hotel with better conditions. Their elevators are incredibly slow, even the doors close slow, there’s a pause after the elevator arrives in each floor. That’s not right. Also the heater doesn’t work properly, it releases very little heat so the room and hallways tend to be very cold. It’s fine for a night but the place is very rundown. The service was great!
