They are remodeling and I was made aware of this when I booked the stay. There was hammering and other noise but only from 9am to 6pm. Unfortunately the exercise room was closed.

I'm really disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. Firstly, I specifically chose your hotel over others because of the advertised swimming pool. Imagine my frustration when I arrived, only to find out that the pool was closed. No one mentioned this when I made the booking, and I even paid a premium expecting to utilize this facility. My kids were beyond disappointed, especially since we brought along all their swim gear. To make matters worse, the room we were assigned, number 222, had an internal door connecting to the adjacent room. Despite the latch, it could still be opened slightly. With a family and a young daughter, this was a major security concern for me throughout our entire stay. I shouldn't have to worry about the safety of my family in a supposedly reputable hotel. On top of that, the ice fountain on the second floor wasn't working, meaning I had to trek all the way to the fifth floor just to get some ice. This inconvenience added unnecessary frustration to an already disappointing experience.

I stayed for one night at the Hyatt Place. I checked in quite late (around 10pm). Once settled in the room and preparing to sleep, we turned on the A/C, which was loud and disruptive the whole night. Given the hour and an intended early departure, we did not raise the issue that evening--rather, we expected to be asked about our stay after breakfast at check out. Breakfast was mediocre at best. At check out, the associate did not ask about the stay and when I mentioned the A/C issue seemed dismissive / not caring. I raised these issues in Hyatt's formal survey and the hotel reached out with a copy/paste response. Given the poor management of this property, I would not stay here, nor would I recommend it.

This property is old. It’s being remodeled but it’s still old. I would say this is a three star hotel.

The hotel is hidden, and near the freeway so the location is noisy. The rooms were updated and clean with every amenity you could need for a short stay. However, the pillows in the room were as hard as rocks!

EVERY employee worked hard to satisfy our every need before we needed it. The hotel is just completing its renovation and it is OUTSTANDING. Highly suggest you give them a shot at your business...
