Nice & clean for the most part staff could most definitely work on their customer service skills though! They aren’t very accommodating nor understanding no matter the situation.

They cancelled my room after I said told them that I’ll be arriving around the time I got to the hotel. Don’t waste your money on people with bad business practices. They said that there was a glitch in the system but I doubt that they did. They just wanted the money right on the spot

The first room we were given had mold in it. The second room smelled like cigarette smoke and had bugs in it. We ended up just leaving.

Travling from new your we found this hotel, super8 in indianapolis. Room had 2 beds and sofa couch. Room smelled good new paint and clean sheets towels and overall a clean. Great wif as well. We were very happy with our stay will come back again. 10/10

This hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed at!! Rooms are super clean can smile the cleanliness as soon as you step into the room. Coffee is always nice and hot. Will recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff always greet you with a smile. They do anything for their guests.

I stayed here with my mom and is was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. It is right down the street from the castleton mall. Which is super convenient not to mention all the different choices from fast easy food to sit down and enjoy a meal. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone. The staff was super friendly and rooms were extra clean.
