location is good for food and neighborhood I also like the breakfast provided for the price

I have no complaints at all with my stay and hotel! Everything was excellent and that’s where I will be going when I go back! I was extremely impressed and happy with everything!

It was great. Nice large room. Clean and as a side note the bath towels were luxury in comfort.

My stay was wonderful, very clean, quiet, and smelled good. Good location, and the convenience of near by stores and restaurants were definitely a plus for me!

Baymont Inn & Suites WEST in Indianapolis is right off the freeway with lots of restaurant choices within 5 minutes. Cracker Barrel right next door was super slow service. My room was quite satisfactory with comfortable king sized bed, refrigerator, microwave, 32" LG TV, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. No kleenex, glasses for water, coffemakers or tea in the rooms. Decent sized desk with lots of electrical outlets - six 110v and two USBs at the desk. Each side of the bed also had two 110v and 2 USB. Well done - Baymont. (Edit, the two USB's next to the bed didn't work. Grrr.) The bathroom was the one laugh. The elongated toilet was fitted with a round seat. Whoops. Good instantaneous hot water for the shower. Bath towels were a disappointingly small 18 x 30 inches. The complimentary breakfast was good and hot. Waffles, sausage, and (pre-formed) omelets will always satisfy me. Coffee was good. Choice of three juices. Served 6:30 to 10:00 am. Internet speed was very good. DOWNLOAD Mbps 195.06 UPLOAD Mbps 43.09. For the price I paid, I'd give this a 5 star rating and I'd definitely come back again, with my own coffee brewer for the room.

The staff was very friendly and had no issue letting us check in an hour early. The entire hotel smells like pot and/or strong food odor at any time of day. It's rundown and in need of updating. It was clean enough considering the condition. The room had a strong mildew smell but everything worked. We only spent about 7 hours in the room to sleep before driving home. We skipped the hotel breakfast based on looks and smell of the hotel.

The manager was terrible and not helpful when I had issues with the cleanliness of my room. The rooms were dirty and the towels felt like they were falling apart. I felt like the hotel had some shady business going on in the parking lot and did not feel safe.
