Beautiful interior finishes, attentive personnel, and delicious food made my stay at the Westin Indianapolis a huge success during the SMPS Heartland Regional Conference. In addition a few folks went above and beyond, including D. Fish and B. Wooldridge! Thank you!

One of my favorite aspects of this hotel is Darren Fish with valet. He does so much more than take great care of your vehicle, he goes above and beyond for whatever you may need. He remembers your name and always greets you with a smile! Great hotel too!

The Westin Indianapolis is a beautiful hotel, centrally located in a downtown area and everything is within walking distance! I had great service over 10 days, Susan in Security, and John Lee at the front desk were extremely kind & helpful.

Bhavesh was amazing at the front desk. Made my day. It was a kind flight , I was tired and you never know with hotels when you check in. He was very nice and made me feel very welcome. I’m taking the time to write this so hopefully someone sees it and recognizes him for the amazing service
