We didn't have a smooth start but the young manager Lovely made everything better. I don't usually complain on small things but if issues happen multiple times it is something the hotel needs to be aware of. She handled and worked on our complaints right away, sent us a card and voucher which was very thoughtful and even remembered us when we checked out. We also want to thank her entire team as they were all really sweet.

We were handed water right away at a late check in which was so appreciated. Lori was amazing as our server at Ten hands and so accommodating. Breakfast for lunch was perfect! 👍🏼 it’s nice to be treated so well. The bloody Mary’s were great as well.

Ian was great and super helpful! He made sure I had everything I needed for my stay and made me feel super welcomed. Such a clean hotel and super nice gym. 10/10 recommend! The restaurant in the hotel is also super good - fish tacos were so yum! Great location too.

Aritza and Pattie were so nice during my stay. Extremely kind, even left me little notes throughout my stay! I was staying for work, so it can be stressful when it’s not a vacay! But they made it much easier to check in, and answer any of my questions with ease.

I had the most wonderful experience at the Westin, especially with Amanda at check in. She was very helpful, thorough and accommodating to my needs. The room and hotel is top notch . I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thanks for everything Amanda and the Westin.

Had an excellent experience during my stay. Thanks to the amazing staff, especially to Lovely. She gave us an upgraded room view. During my stay, Lovely made sure that everything I needed for a nice and comfortable stay was met. Her service exceeded my expectations.
