Hyatt Place Indianapolis Downtown

it ok but in the beginning at check in and check out the front desk said should be pay!!! How !!! I don’t know in the end and after discussion with hotel management It turned out that the reception staff did not know that the payment was made by a third party and that my card was different from the travel agency's card. It was sad and they made me tired with them. Add that the room was overlooking a basketball court and a public street, and it was the worst days of the trip, so I couldn't sleep peacefully.

Very clean, comfy beds and straight across the street from the stadium! Definitely will be back

The hotel was nice and very conveniently located but the dust was over whelming, there were no trash can liners and the “city view” I paid for was extremely disappointing.

Best hotel experience I've ever had. Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful hotel, delicious food. Well worth the trip.

Great experience the rooms are super nice the gym is the la fitness of hotels I’ve been to. The pool is beautiful with a great view of the city. I love the old and new restaurant. The market was very good for late night snacks or early morning snacks. I would definitely recommend.

Location is great, but sleeping is a gamble. Car noise was constant as well as tire screeching throughout. Clean hotel and friendly staff

The hotel and rooms were nice. The hotel has a great daily morning breakfast buffet. The hotel is also within great walking distance of many shops and restaurants downtown. My room faced the street so it was a lot of late night noise of people outside talking, cars/ motorcycles with loud engines, and cars blasting loud music up until 3-4 AM some nights. However, the staff at the front desk was rude and unable to assist with my needs, management was not helpful at all, and sales department caused me to accrue unnecessary charges due to errors with billing on their end.
