Hyatt House Indianapolis Downtown

I was double charged as the hotel front desk was able to find me reservations but said I hadn't paid yet however I paid in full through the trip.com app. I am currently waiting for a refund not sure what happened there. Other than that everything was great and our family loved it.

Perfect as always

The property was clean and welcoming, the staff was very friendly and helpful from valet to check-in to housekeeping. The restaurant (Pivot Bar & Balcony) was reasonably priced, the meal was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices. The only drawback was the very pricey parking, whether you did self-park or valet ($52 or $58/night). Other than that, it was a great experience. This hotel is close to all the major venues downtown including Lucas Oil Stadium and Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

We loved our stay at Hyatt House! From the moment we arrived, Wes took good care of us with parking and directions. Breakfast great! Silverware was a bit spotty, but otherwise great. Staff professional and helpful! Large,clean room as well.

This is a great location for any convention goers. Its three blocks from the convention center so its slightly away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. The 2nd floor lobby is very nice, but the best part is the outdoor patio! We gravitated to that being our meeting place for everything we did this trip. The rooms were clean and well appointed and felt this location outshines other Hyatt Houses we have stayed at. Book with points whenever possible, it makes a huge difference.
