Room was good and king suite was a great size for the price. Bedding was somewhat dingy and stained but otherwise room was clean. Full fridge was great for the kids to have snacks in the room. Location was fantastic and walkable to many restaurants downtown. We were in a corner room so the bedroom had two exterior walls and was extremely loud two nights of our stay with motorcycles and cars racing all hours of the night. Our living room was not as bad so an interior room may have more reasonable noise levels. The night there was a basketball game was by far the quietest, likely due to increased police presence that night. Parking was expensive but very convenient with direct access to the garage from the hotel.

The overall stay was nice! Everything was perfect. The valet driver deserves a raise! Westley Napier to be exact. My bed was super comfy nice shower and I loved the breakfast this morning. The lounge patio area was so nice that after the game at the Gainbridge we went right over to the hotel for drinks and food. I will definitely be back very soon!

The bathroom looked a lot better than the room, butthe parking right next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise considering its in the downtown area. The free breakfast had more options than I expected. I will definitely look for this hotel on my next NBA outing.

Staff was very friendly! They accidentally put me in the wrong kind of room and quickly fixed it! The rest of my stay was excellent!! Very happy with my stay and would definitely stay again!
