A little far from the city (and hard to find) but nice pool and friendly staff.
Some "scary type" people hanging out late night drinking in the parking lot bugged me a little but overall a great value for money.

Well maintained faciltity with friendly and attentive staff. Pool was closed for "cleaning". Rooms were clean and showed little sign of wear and tear. Hot breakfast was solid. Small exercise room. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. A good value.

Spend a little more money to stay somewhere nicer... Room was fine, bathroom was falling apart - door barely opens for you to have room to enter. We knew it was an animal friendly hotel when booking, but boy did they put us in the animal corner. Dogs barking all hours...Bathroom light fixture was broken/cracked, and wallpaper is peeling.

Unfortunately, my credit card info was stolen, and used to book a room at this hotel. As soon as I saw the charges, I immediately contacted the hotel via email and phone, with no response. Multiple attempts were made, my number left every time, and a week later, I've still heard nothing back. However, the third party booking service which the reservation was fraudulently made through heard back from the manager... Who refused to refund based on the fraud. Anytime I've called and reached the front desk, I've been told the manager is unavailable, out sick, or that they don't know where she is. I've already had to go through my bank to report the fraud, and begin a chargeback. Believe the negative ratings for this hotel, specifically where staff and management is concerned, and buyer beware.
