Unfortunately, my credit card info was stolen, and used to book a room at this hotel. As soon as I saw the charges, I immediately contacted the hotel via email and phone, with no response. Multiple attempts were made, my number left every time, and a week later, I've still heard nothing back. However, the third party booking service which the reservation was fraudulently made through heard back from the manager... Who refused to refund based on the fraud. Anytime I've called and reached the front desk, I've been told the manager is unavailable, out sick, or that they don't know where she is. I've already had to go through my bank to report the fraud, and begin a chargeback. Believe the negative ratings for this hotel, specifically where staff and management is concerned, and buyer beware.
