Sapphyre was the nicest chef, he made sure I was taken good care of and made the best tasting omelet. I will definitely be back for more!! It was quite honestly the best hotel experience I’ve had while traveling. Keep up the good work team at Hyatt and Sapphyre :)

Lunch was awesome! I ordered an Angus burger and fries, which were very good, My server, Cesar was great! He was helpful, fast and a nice person. The location is downtown Indianapolis, near a lot of places... the restaurant is very clean and quiet. Great experience!

Front desk service was great. Valet service is really overpriced (for Indy) and incredibly slow. Food and drinks at the hotel are average at best, but very close walking distance to good restaurants.

I am beyond impressed with our stay here! The rooms were clean and comfortable, but it was the excellence of the staff that truly blew me away. Every staff member, from valet and reception to housekeeping and kitchen, made this hotel absolutely amazing. In particular, Bryan, Sedoni, and Cesar brightened our mornings with their professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay. I am utterly grateful to them for making our time there so enjoyable. Thank you so much, Hyatt! I highly recommend this place! God bless you!

Tony!!! The man, the myth, the legend. We had an amazing stay here. Thank you all for your wonderful customer service. This hotel was convenient for everything. We have a 3 month old that’s in stroller, and everything we needed was walkable. Thanks everyone!

Location was amazing, however for a Hyatt property to not have working A/C during peak summer time was disappointing. No fans or relief was iffered for 2 days.

In town for an event, brought extended family and friends. From the front desk check in, to house keeping to our server Cesar in the Rooster Diner restaurant, everyone was gracious and attentive. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Location of hotel is perfect for down town, near conference center, Lucas oil stadium and restaurants.

Everything was great except the conference rooms, which were freezing. Since I had to spend the entirety of my days in them for meetings, I was miserable. My room score is for the conference rooms, not the guest rooms. The guest rooms and other areas were clean, and the staff was friendly and responsive. Kudos to the staff for a wonderful experience! Overall, it is a very nice hotel. In addition, it was in an ideal location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
